Demography Certificate Program Enrollment

There is no formal admissions process for the Demography Certificate. Students can obtain the certificate as part of their Master's and/or Ph.D program, as well as independent of a degree program (undergraduate credit only). However, to complete the certificate you must be admitted to The University of Utah as a degree-seeking (matriculated) student or nonmatriculated student.

Applicants need to:

  1. Be admitted to The University of Utah as a matriculated or nonmatriculated student.
  2. Complete and submit the Demography Certificate Program enrollment form. Please contact us by email to request an enrollment form.
  3. Submit an official copy of transcript(s) to the program manager.
  4. Meet with the director for consultation.
  5. Register for courses.
